Q: Any good Cantonese chains in China?
Can anyone recommend me some good Cantonese restaurant chains in China? I'm currently stuck up in the north though miss a bit of dim sum.
Try Herbal Cafe you can find one at the Sanlitun area the new shoppong mall at CHaoyang district and also around the Dawanglu area. The Sanlitun area has a pretty good one they have it set up where you can read different stops and places they have in Hong Kong. You would like it! (

i thought you were asking about chains that Sparkey can't break out of, his are so cheaply made, he can and does chew out of them.

it sounds Japanese, but it's not unfortunately. it's an HK chain.
Hengshan Hui is the most authentic Cantonese place I've been to in the Mainland. They have a couple of branches in Beijing, though I'm not sure it's nationwide.
