Q: Any idea how to get noodle juice/oil stains off clothes?

Forgive me for my domestic ignorance, but half of my shirts now have stains from eating noodles/hot pot/fried dishes that splatter onto my clothes when I'm eating out. Even if I'm extra careful, I also seem to get splattered by someone's nearby chopsticks or whenever something drops into the bowl and thus sprays everywhere. I've tried washing my clothes normally but the stains remain. Any secret formula to get them out? Thanks

If you have already washed your stained clothes, and the stains did not come out, it will be harder to remove them now.  Do not ask me why, I just do not know why, but do not give up yet.

Take one as a trial, soak the stain immediate area in hot water, pour some liquid clothes detergent over the stain, and let it soak for about 30 minutes. Then, with your hands, wash the stain area to see if it can be removed. If not, add some bleach for color clothes, let it sit for 30 minutes, and try washing it again.
If it does not go out, let it dry and once dry squeeze a lemon (put the juice) over the stain, and allow to sit under sun shine for a while, then wash it again.
Another trick is to put baking soda on the stain, let it set for a while, then add detergent with a sponge wet in real hot water, and after 10 minutes or so wash the stain by hand by rubbing it between your hands.
Good luck, hope one works. It would depend how old the stain is, and how many times it wash washed previously.

Use dishwashing soap that is made for getting grease off of pots and pans. Lather and scrub into the clothes and then wash as normal.

Take your clothes back to the restaurant and show them the stain. Then ask if they will boil your clothes in with the noodles and oil so you get 100% match. Walla, the stain is gone because now 100% stain. Plus new flavour added to noodle soup. Chinese do this all the time, It saves time, do laundry and cook dinner all in one pot.

Lay the clothing article flat and do not try to wipe the grease stain clean [if fresh] - you might just spread it. Then cover the stain area with some corn starch [from kitchen] and with finger tips tap some of this starch into the grease spot. Let rest for a few hours and then remove [brush off] the corn starch. Now you can use some hand soap or laundry detergent and hand wash the clothing OR you can put into a washing machine with other clothes and run a wash cycle - the grease will not transfer to the other  articles.

There also is a 'Spray and Wash' available which you can use as a spot remover.

Hope, that helps.

My wife just use the dish washing liquid, it works very well. All of my closes have countless number of oil strikes, until she find this way ... Just put a bit on the spot, spread a bit and wait few mins,  than rinse away and put in washmachine as normal

When that happens I'll let you in on a little secret. You have to immediately get out of your chair or you can wait till after you finish your meal walk to the nearest bathroom and use soap and water to get the stains out.

If you wait for too long and decide to wash it the next day or over the weekend it will be worse. Just go to the bathroom and put some soap in between your fingers use water and rub away....that will at least get some of it out then you could finish it off by washing your clothes at home with some more powerful stuff!
