Q: Any idea why skype to cell, landline doesn't seem to work?

Me and my wife both have credit, but neither of us can call or text the other's cell or landline. I am in the states and she is in China , any solutions ?

No idea, sorry, but try texting phone to phone, no skype. That works for me. Or,even better, use wechat. I talk to my American friends all the time with wechat.
