Q: Any one can help me?

Hey,finally I find the job I am passionate on it.I came to work for the chinese company and after like one month  I got them the order for selling cisco products worldwide.I really like this job,but this company lied to me.They told they would sign the contract with me after the probation, but they didn't do what they told when the probation is over.If they sign the contract with me,they have to pay me 630 rmb more for salary , buy me insurances and pay me social fees. There are 4 bosses in the company, one boss told she would gave me 4000rmb as the base salary during probation in the interview, after I quit my old job and start working for this company, the big boss(My first time to meet him that day) asked if he could gave me 3800 as the base salary during probation, after that he would pay me 630 rmb more. It is a pretty low salary for me,but I have no choice at the moment since I have already quit my old job ,I had to take it.For the both reasons I don't think the company I am working for is trustful.

A lof of foreign companies emailed to me for the interviews and they would give higher paid.Should I switch job?

My old company paid me higher slalary, but I really hate that job and didn't wanna work on saturday, that is why i quit it.

But I like the job now I am working on and I am doing very well.

i would apppreciate if any of you guys can give  any good advices,I am struggling now.

Many thanks,

Victoria

If your passionate about it and you like it stick with it. Who knows what will happen if you take the chance to jump ship. There are always alternatives out there as you have said you've received several job offers. Those same offers may be there later or they may not be. Either way I say just stick to what you like doing. Whatever makes you happy is the right choice! (Drunk!

He he, I said: "choice"!

My best advice is, you know your own people, you know what to believe and not believe, I would stick with this job and take interviews with others, especially with foreign companies that will have more benefits for you, that being said, you also have to be careful for as we can see that most foreign manufacturing companies are here for cheap labor and because of the increase of expertise of the Chinese in these companies, they ask for more money which in the end causes the company to shut its doors and head for different countries for cheap labor. Look for electronics, software, or marketing companies for your best opportunities.

one of the things i can't figure out is how chinese  people do not know that chinese people are dishonest. when someone tellsyou something business, send a casual email to confirm what they said. "if it is not in writing it does not exist"

in china many will try to answer you over the phone or in person. you have to be polite and firm in requesting that  they respond in writing

i can help you. if you do decide to switch jobs, take a week break. come stay with me. you really need a life coach, and i'm the man for the job. you need to be explored inside and out , thoroughly, in order to find your true self. running from job to job like this shows that you are running from yourself. you should be able to find answers to these types of questions yourself. but your true self is locked away somewhere inside you. you need a man like me to explore deep inside you . after our 2 week session, you will be a new person, you.

My advice is to stay at your job and look for something else. have you asked this company about what they promised you.? That would be my first step. If they do not honor their promise, then you can not trust them now or later.

We have an expression, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This means that it is bad to be lied to, but do not be lied to twice.

The company you originally left seemed to appreciate you and offered you a higher salary to stay. But you didn't like the job.

I suggest you find another job and tell your existing company that you will be leaving after giving appropriate notice. Tell them why you made that decision. Let's see how much the existing company appreciates you. If they offer you the extra 630RMB tell them you will stay if they make it 1000RMB plus the promised benefits / extras.

If they offer you nothing and let you go then you know exactly where you stand with them. No loss - just make sure that where you are going is also a cool place to work which is something you probably won't really find out until you have been there for a short while - same as where you are now. Right?

Stay where you are for now, but look for another job. This company has cheated you (unusual for a Chinese company, I know), so if you want to maintain self respect, you have to leave, or get what they promised you.

Being a Chinese company, it is unlikely they will keep their promise.

With a foreign firm with an undergraduate degree based out of our firm in Shanghai, the starting salary would be 6000 rmb per month, between 4,000 to 6,000 rmb would be my request, except sales that start with base salary and commission, that being said, I have Chinese friends who work for Cantonese in the area of import/export, they started them at about 9,000 a month.

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
