If your suggesting parks where you can ride your bike I would say all of them. I don't think riding bikes in parks in Shanghai is something that is forbidden. I know you cannot do other things but biking is not one of them. They'll probably even let you sleep in the park if you want. Just find a friendly park one that won't tell you to not bike and you'll be fine.
