Q: Any part time or an online job opportunity in Guangzhou for a foreigner( an Indian national)

[Admin edit]: this is not the place to find jobs, as such any questions such as this one would normally be deleted, i edited it to sounds less i'm looking for a job and more information gathering to match the answer from ironman as i really liked it. It is simply advised to use the job section to look for jobs, as all recruiters, advertisers, and job-seekers posting here in a non informative or a commercial interest would get their question deleted and receive a warning.

Are there many job in Guangzhou for Indian nationals ? i worked for five years in a foreign trade company so obviously i would love to work there, but i think english teaching jobs are the norm no ?and if so what are the general expectations ? Seeing as i don't have a teaching degree, but only my hard work and dedication.

If your accent is native to your country of India than you have a 99% chance of NOT landing an online job, but you got that 1% chance to land an online job. Go to Daves ESL cafe, Bing it or Yahoo search it than click jobs and than click international jobs and than on your browser use the "find" feature and type in "online" and than you'll see and find all the online jobs in China or around the world. If you accent is native American or British than your set.

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
