Q: Any recommendations on good inexpensive international health insurance?

Any recommendations on good inexpensive international health insurance?  I like to think I'm pretty healthy, so even a catastrophic health insurance would be good.  Especially one that covers me across borders and not just in China.

You are asking for something based on two premises that are totally incompatible.  Good and inexpensive are about impossible to find.  Health insurance basically is based on your age and previous medical history.  That we do not know.  There are a few available, but if you are over 65, it could get quite expensive, I do know of one at 68 paying almost $ 1,000 per month premium.   And if you get one with an international company (some based in UK are quite good), it will cover you anywhere.

You can find out by using Google and checking for international health insurance.
