Q: Any school (K12/college/training center) you would not recommend? Why?

Colleagues, pay, location, curriculum, admin, students, etc?

This is slightly off topic but whatever...  Something you don't see much of now is posts warning about dodgy schools, recruiters etc. I assume it's because most of the ESL forums seem to have gone. Or maybe I just don't look in the right places.

It used to be you could go to any of the forums (most seem to have gone now) and there would be lots of posts asking if anyone knew what school X was like to work for, or warning against taking a job at school XX. There was always talk of starting a school blacklist / whitelist.

It was useful for anyone wanting to do their due diligence before accepting a job but you really had to read between the lines and take everything with a huge grain of salt because there were a lot of people unfaily smearing schools too, and shit sticks.
