kindly mention some points, experiences, advice or suggestion about the new entry-exit rules. this can be help us all foreigner in anyway and sense. anyone can get much help from your good suggestion and advice.

In general, what the new changes have done is to provide stiffer penalties to those caught breaking them. money fines increased from 5,000 maximum to 10,000 maximum, up to 15 days in jail and deportation now, before 10 days to wind up your affairs and deportation.
Also penalties for those employers who have illegal workers with them, monetary and loosing their ability to hire foreigners.
But in general, requirements to get a visa do remain the same. maybe some hope for those seeking the Chinese "green card", it does sound like they will be willing to issue more of them to the proper applicants.
