-Just wondering if anybody in the Dong-Bei (Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang) would be interested in playing/running Pathfinder or 3.5 or 4E.
-Let the nerd jokes begin, but who cares...
-I figure there must be plenty of people with free time on weekends.
I used to LOVE D&D, before Wizards of the Coast ruined it......
rasklnik:
Play pathfinder, which is 3.5 revised. Or maybe you hate 3e...
GuilinRaf:
Oh, I remember! Third Edition!
Actually, I really do not like 3E. I feel more like an accountant than a role player.
After AD&D 2d Ed, I found the game to be less and less entertaining and more work. Adding, subtracting, consulting tables, flipping all over the book, etc.
If you come to Nanjing ill run u a vampire the masquerade campaign...
Shining_brow:
We've got one running in HZ :) if you're up to travelling down for Tues nights, we could prob do with another experienced and interested player.
There is always D&D Online. Free to play, until you are hooked. :)
GuilinRaf:
I miss Gary Gygax!!!
I loved D&D until Second Edition (inclusive).
Once Wizards of the Coast took over and introduced D20, I felt more like an accountant than a role player. And, with all the maps, and figures , and such, the imagination was sacrificed....

Every time I see RPG, I think Rocket-propelled grenade! Forgive my ignorance here, but what does RPG stand for?
GuilinRaf:
Gladly!
Role Playing Game.
It began in the 70's with paper and pencil with dice, and over time evolved into computer graphic games.
