Q: Any traditional foods or activities for Golden Week?

In the same way that dumplings are special for Chinese New Year, or something like that?

I 'traditionally' cook by myself. Good cooking is a gift similar to playing an instrument, drawing or singing.

I can't play any instrument, draw (or nicely, readable write), and if I sing a tune, everybody usually run away! BuTT, I can cook.

Activities? I mostly stay home, because they 'bomb' outside, so I'll wait few days, till they'll run out of dynamite.
