i do trust you, but do you know these things work?   I have tried the first one....  my chrome and my IE an my firefox all open with this stupid thing. not in my programs,,,  it is hidden her somewhere and it is pissing me off.

See your HD, and delete it there first. At least, that's how I deal (rarely) on Safari OS.

Use Spybot Search and Destroy. It's free and has a rootkit disabler (Baidu and Hao123 are rootkits).

Download Spybot, install it, update it, immunize your system, Restart your system in Safe Mode then run the full scan. Once it flags the nasties, choose Fix Problems. It will run and remove everything upon your next reboot.

How did it get on your computer? Is it preloaded onto Chinese windows?

1.Reset browser settings

2.Disable/Remove  extensions

3.Download Security tool/Removal tool and run it from cmdline in Windows Safe Mode.

I got a browser hijacked named as piesearch which had much in common with hao123. This site came back again even if I reset browser settings. In the end, I removed it by following some tips from the internet. If you are not good at computer, it is recommended to install a powerful malware remover.
