Q: Anybody know where I can buy a New 3DS XL in or around Baotou (inner mongolia)?

And to clarify, that's not a 3DS XL in new condition but the new model just released, the New 3DS XL (can't believe they named it that...) US version. I don't want to have to trek into Beijing, wondering if there's any known electronics places in or around Inner Mongolia (close to Baotou) that would specialize in these types of products.

What the hell is a 3DS XL??

Anyways your probably gonna have to buy it online. Not taobao but JD.com or something safer. If online shopping is not an option than your going to need to check the websites of the main electronics guys. Try Suning or Gome.

Ok, i was wrong before Im sorry. Im not sure but i remember hearing that there was like a ban on gaming consoles so the big electronics stores may not have it. But i also heard that might be going away so Sony and Microsoft are gearing up so it all might be available soon. But you can buy Nintendos. Your going to need to go to the electronics market and look around. In baotou there seems to be two of them in the same place.

One is called Hai De Electronics City and its on Nan Men Wai Da Jie 8-3

Another seems to be across the street or close and its called Bin Li Electronics City. Look for the Bin Li Hotel. Nan Men Wai Da Jie #14

There is another near the East Train Station.

Anyways , hope that helps.

A:I'd say no, you don't need working permit to work for Chinese Co. remotely, i.e. by not residing in China.Best advice on that you'll get from your employer. https://www.china-briefing.com/news/china-foreigners-work-permit-application-and-renewal-recent-changes/ See this part: However, because a valid resident permit is one of the primary requirements for the renewal of a work permit, without a valid residence permit, expatriates stranded outside China may not be able to renew their work permits anymore. ... or in other words, if you don't reside in China, work permit is also not required. Some more details about Work visa requirements .. https://www.hongdaservice.com/blog/china-work-visa-requirements-what-you-may-not-know -- icnif77
