Q: Anyone else allergic to that white fluffy stuff that hangs in the air in Spring?
I don't know if this appears across the whole of China, but it's ubiquitous in Beijing during April and May and gives me the snuffles.
Those are clouds; probably not the source of your alergy.
Why the name 'Dark Star' by the way? It's not in reference to that sci-fi comedy is it? I'd actually kill homeless people to see that film again, it was classic.

It's actually dedicated to the dark star ale back home which I miss so dearly here. I'd love to see that film though, but I would think twice about killing homeless people to see it. Butterflies perhaps.
We have it in the North as well
it dies down after a few odd days of rain
I'm afraid that unless you want to wear a surgical mask there is not much you can do about it
