I have never work with them, butt....Their job offer is good, IMHO. 6000-8000 Rmb for no more than 20 hours per week, free apartment (TV, Internet, Kitchen???).
It depends what they're offering with 'free apartment'. Probably, apartment is on the Campus, since you have three meals a day included.
Don't accept apartment on the Campus. It is the same as you would be with kids 24 hours a day.
You will have 3 months holidays in 1 year Contract. Ask, if they pay salary during the holidays. It should be at least 1 monthly salary during holidays.
Also ask for 'return ticket refund' (5000 Rmb min.) at the end of the Contract.
Then, it only matters how they will respect the Contract and promises.

I validate offer as good, because I got similar offer to work in Dalian Public School. 18 hours per week for 6500 Rmb. I will receive one monthly salary during 3 months holidays per year, and free apartment.
