Yes there is one. It is in the Shenyang Longemont shopping mall in Dadong district. Not the greatest amusement park but it is quite large considering it is inside a mall.  It also has a full size ice skating rink within the complex. Pangjiang Jie metro station on Shenyang Metro line 1 is next to the mall. It is the next station on the line after Zhong Jie.

I have been there many times as I live nearby when I am in Shenyang. The whole mall complex and surrounding hotels and residential buildings is the largest single development project that I have ever seen. While the mall is complete  there is still a lot of building to do to complete the project.
