Q: Anyone know a good place to buy a Samsung Galaxy S3 in Beijing?
As well, if anyone of you that have bought it can tell me how you like it, that would be cool as well.
Also, this applies to the S4 also though I think it's just not worth buying now for being too expensive.
consider taking a look at Xiaomi Mi3 (or even the older Mi2S)

the Mi3 has the latest generation snapdragon processor or nvidia chips depending on version, an S4 let alone an S3 cannot keep up with that.

taobao also sells second-hand stuff.
If you want to experience the feeling of using a certain device rather than online, might be good to go to authorized sellers. Or...suning stores
