People who break laws in other countries often go to jail, whether they are a citizen or not.

As for some examples I know of:

Chinese university student cut the head off of his Chinese girlfriend in the middle of the school cafeteria.  He went to prison, she went to the morgue.

Chinese guy who raped his landlord.  Then the parents flew over from China to try and bribe the rape victim to drop the charges.  Mother, Father and Son were all arrested.

Lots of Chinese prostitutes that work in massage centers.

Chinese drug dealers.

The list goes on and on.

It depends on their status.

I think most people without permanent residency will get deported.

A Chinese guy raped 1 of our local chicks, he got deported. He was a student.

There have been many Chinese arrested for murder in Canada.

Here's three.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanda_Zhao

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Tim_McLean http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/story/2012/09/07/bc-son-charged-homicide-missing-chinese.html Then there's the Chinese kid in the US who raped a woman and his parents tried to buy his way out. http://www.chinasmack.com/2012/stories/chinese-student-rapes-woman-in-us-parents-try-to-bribe-victim.html Then there's the gangs, immigration fraud....etc.

jknox00:

The McLean story was absolutely shocking (happened not far from me) and can you believe the killer was just recently on a 'day pass' to visit and walk about in public in the day?

In this case he was deemed 'mentally insane' and this is almost like a 'not guilty verdict' as they don't consider him responsible for his actions.

They say he had 'schizophrenia' all his life but in China it went ignored. After some time in Canada he could never really find a good job or fit into society well. A local church took him in.

It seems he was always traveling on the buses. He would tell his wife he had a job interview in another city.

In fact, his mind had gone crazy. He believed some 'space aliens' were coming disguised as people and only he could see their true secret identity.

Then he believed God told him it was time to start killing the evil space aliens!

When he was on the bus - he believed Tim was the first evil monster there to try and stop him.

The police even said they saw him 'proudly' carrying and eating the severed head. As if he was quite happy he defeated some enemy.

So now he will be held forever in a high-security mental hospital. He must take schizophrenia medication and mental tests.

You know - he is quite 'normal' now and has interviews and is aware of everything now.

nevermind:

I feel bad for him, you know that in the future he may actually have memories of committing the murder when he's in a normal state of mind?
