Q: Anyone know where I can find a copy of the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony on dvd?

I saw one guy selling it on the streets. I didn't really want it, but after speaking to someone who informed me about a girl who was hidden to make a little girl look like a star it got me interested in taking another look. Also, while I was watching it back home there was a news story that was about someone getting stabbed in the stands. I just want to see the ceremony again to see if I can see this and anything else that I may have missed.

If you know where I can find this opening ceremony online that would also help out too. Thanks!

There you go Smile

All you need to do actually is just to 百度一下 2008北京奥运会开幕式。。。。。。

Oh the little girl hidden behind to make another good looking girl new star!

The good looking girl's name is 林妙可 and the hidden girl's name is 杨沛宜。

林妙可 got nationwidely famous immediately after singing the 歌唱祖国 at the ceremony.

The front girl didn't know her mic was actually muted when she was singing on the stage. The hidden girl was said having a better voice and the ceremony director played her previous record.

The front girl didn't know she was hearing another girl's voice?  How is that possible?  Surely all singers know their own voice, right?

Oh I don't know. All news reports said so. The ceremony director explained this later.  Maybe the two girls are both only 10, that their voices are hard to distinguish? Maybe the speakers in the huuuge stadium are too loud and far away from the singer on the stage? Maybe the on-stage girl felt weird about the voice but had to go on because she knew billions of people were watching her?
