Q: Anyone know who does any African women hairdressing in Qinqdao?

I need someone who can do African female hairstyles. Is there an area with African businesses or people?

There are some good reputed hair dressers in Tai Dong area and Licun area in Laoshan..

But not certain about your requirements....

I am in Qingdao for a long time now but never had the opportunity of seeing an African having his/her hair cut...
