This duty calculator seems to do the trick

Hehe, I said duty
There are quite a few foreigners here in Kunming who have done this, including Italians. You could possibly join the Go Kunming website and ask some questions
Some problems that you will be faced with:
As a food outlet, you will be faced with licencing restrictions over and above normal business licences for trading companies. I can tell you from experience, getting a licence to provide food in China is a bureaucratic nightmare and expensive.
Secondly, if you import food goods yourself, you always run the risk of your commodities being rejected or seized at the Chinese border. Expect at the very least to lose some of the commodities through pilfering by port inspectors.
Import tariffs are not a clear issue as some areas operate duty free or free trade policies. That you can discuss with import and export agents.
I would think the quantity of product that you would require could be picked up from independent wholesalers anyway. Doing things that way may save you an enormous amount of stress related to import restrictions and licences. Some commodities can even be picked up from wholesalers operating through sites like Taobao.
Listen, my dear little pasta tartuffe, you sweet little pizza presto of a guy, there are major, major importers of Italian goods in Shanghai. Why not contact one of them?
