Q: Anyone learning Cantonese?

Do any of you who live in Cantonese speaking regions speak Cantonese? Was it more or less difficult than Mandarin?

Useless, in 20 years or so all of Guangdong will speak Mandarin, I have been living here in Guangdong for 5 years, I hear more Mandarin and less Cantonese spoken by people even locals not only migrants, every announcements or public marketing events switched to Mandarin, business is done in Mandarin, and so on. This is one of the great projects of the CCP, "harmonizing" the language and they will achieve it.
