Q: Anyone living in Chengde?

I just recently moved to Chengde in Hebei province and I would really like to make some new friends. I don't know much about this city so any insight would be really appreciated!

I remember one other poster that claimed they were from Chengdu....hugapanda but she hasn't been on in awhile...

Chengde, Hebei province... ... is not Chengdu. Chengdu is in Sichuan province. Have a downvote, Sparky.
