Q: Anyone using Bank of Hangzhou debit card?
I am having some issues with the online banking.. just wondered if anyone else is using this bank?

Usually they will give you a USB to download some security software etc, and then run the UnionPay thing, as mentioned above.
Did you specifically, and clearly, tell them you want to do online banking and payments? And use things like Alipay etc?? If not, then perhaps they haven't set it up for you.

"Union pay" is the big thing in China. If your card has the union pay logo on it, it should be ok.
