Construction Bank. Not really unlimited but 5000RMB a day is enough. Bank of China doesn't allow Paypal.

DaqingDevil:

Yes you must verify your account. It's pretty simple. Well it works like this. I have an Australian bank account and an Australian Paypal account that is connected to that account. I then opened a Chinese Paypal account. I transfer funds from my Chinese bank account to the Chinese Paypal account. Then you transfer from your Chinese Paypal to your Australian Paypal or American or whatever one you set up. Then you can transfer from that Paypal into your home bank account. Sounds complicated but it's really simple and takes only seconds to do the Paypal transfers then 2 - 3 days for it to appear in your home bank account. There is no cheaper way either. This transferring costs next to nothing as opposed to transferring between a Chinese bank and a western bank. Hope this helps.

ok understood, but can you please explain how you transfer your funds from your lets say construdtion bank account to your china paypal account?, another think supposed you do not have an australian bank account, can you use your construdtion bank account to make payments through paypal abroad? I do not have a credit card and paypal says you can use a Unionpay card with online banking services to purchase items from abroad through paypal, but I have tried it over and over, still paypal telling me "if you want to proceed with the payment, you need to attach a debit or credit card to your paypal account, that os what I do not understand. do you have any idea about this?

When you set up your Construction Bank account you want an online account. The bank should give you a USB that enable you to login and do online transactions. Just a simple transaction online is transferring money to your Paypal. Your Chinese Paypal account can be used for any online transaction that takes Paypal. For my Chinese Paypal I don't really attach any card - not a credit card nor my Union Pay card. There's no need. I needed a Chinese Paypal ONLY to transfer money because you have to link  a Chinese bank account to that Paypal account. For example I cannot link my Australian accounts, including my card account, to Chinese Paypal.

Just make sure you have an online account with bank. The rest you can work out from the website.
