use the africans in gz to form a black regiment, they would probably be the only regiment to win any battles.

I would guess that it will go something as follows:

They will tell Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises and Registered Offices (in fact every organization except those that are wholly Chinese owned or State Owned Enterprizes) that any employees within those organizations must be paying income tax. As the income tax threshold for Chinese employees is 3500 rmb, that will mean the contracted minimum salary for Chinese workers in foreign owned companies will be 3501 rmb. With various mandatory insurances, that will make the cost of labour for each employee almost 5000 rmb per person per month.

Meanwhile, the Chinese owned companies will continue to pay each employee around 2500 rmb including insurances because they are exempt from the new ruling.

Thus, small foreign investors also take a caning eventually forced out of business. When all of these Chinese workers end up unemployed and larger enterprises lose vital service partners, it will of course be the foreign companies' fault and not that of the government.

The Chinese blogs will be full of the usual uninformed claptrap i.e. 5000 rmb per month is a fair wage and foreign companies should pay this anyway as they come to China to exploit us victimised Chinese with low pay. I am sorry to tell these people that foreign owned companies usually pay and treat Chinese employees much better than any owned and run by traditional Chinese bosses. But we have to remain competitive!

BHGAL:

you telling me,,,,2500RMB is what they pay and you pay 5000RMB/mo/employee  ...  if so ...... I suggest that this is not a good/fair deal ......I would leave in an instant.

But just packing up and leaving is that simple and basic, eh? What happens to the company registered capital, assets, clients, customers, trust, goodwill, your own future?

j have no idea about what business we are talking about ....... but I don't think it really matters that much.................  if they ar getting away with 50% of the production cost .....  time to move on..clients follow good people  ..... equipment needs to be updated constantly  ..... nothing wrong with a new location ...   no way I would put up with a 50% early issue......

really to double it is 100% my bookeeping methods vary ... Like China

Yes, quite predictable, and easy to foresee. Ready, here it is  something that is so stupid  that even the biggest idiot would be surprised at the act of stupidity went from absolute stupidity to the gods of stupidity, now pay up.
