You know right after the event if you go on youku.com or tudou you can usually find the replay of the entire event. The person that does this usually posts the entire event 1 to 3 days after the event is over. I don't think they play pay per view here either. Another way you can watch it live is by simply finding a site that streams it and you can pay a small fee to watch it online on your computer.
