Q: Apart from taobao, where to find an electric guitar online here?

I'm looking for an electric guitar (Fender Stratocaster). Does anyone have one to sell (I'll pay for the shipping)or can you point be to a direction other than TaoBao to buy one?

Try 58.com or ganji.com. I saw a Les Paul on it the other day. There might be a Telecaster somewhere. Off shore Fender guitars are made in China. Indonesia, Japan, Mexico and Korea. They are marketed as Squier or Cort

Just a suggestion - I used Tabao to get an indicative price. Then armed with this info I went to two local stores to bargain for the guitar. But buying a guitar is a personal thing so I had no intention of buying online because I like to hear the tone, the sound, get the feel.

I agree. I own one but its in my home country. haha. i know. just finding a sub while my stay here.

Yeah, I didnt trust the internet at all. I looked up a guitar that I know should be about 300-400USD, but I found it here for like 200RMB. So I also went to a local shop so I knew what I was getting.

It is easy to buy from 85china.com. The price is really cheap and it has different price for original guitar. But if you are living in China, you can go to Su Zhou and other cities, they all sale guitar at cheap price.
