Do you mean that all they want in life is sex? If so, I'd say not many. If you mean they're into casual sex rather than relationships I'd say its a small but significant minority. I dunno, there are websites for that and all but most girls are traditional.

If we are going to generalise then I'd say no.

It depends on your definition of "a lot".  Many girls do.  But it's not necessarily the sex they're after, but the intimacy.  I've had many girls hang around me because I gave them the attention and care they desired.  Chinese girls are a neglected lot.  Especially once they've been married and had their required boy child.

as a step dad of a fine 25 year old young lady (Chinese - small town) and as a knowledgeable old man, I would doubt that a majority  even 7% of nice young ladies are just looking for sex. ( If this is the girls ( I think my guesstimate is high), that you are running in to, time to look at your life and where you are seeing these women

I know a young lady, (you might have met her, in the previous paragraph) and I have met a number of her friends. What I see, at 25 is a continued goal of further education and self awareness. 

These are traditional girls ....  the real "nice" ones.  They do want to get lucky and find that rich guy that will help to make their lives simpler.

No but they are treated like shit by local men once they reach 28. I know quite a few like that, wonderful, smart, educated, ambitious and devoted women who are still unmarried because most Chinese guys want dumb, submissive women who won't complain when they go to see their mistresses and who are financilly dependent so they won't leave if the man treat them like shit.

Once they reach 28 unmarried they think it's the end of the world, I tell then it isn't, many women across the world marry later because they focus on their career first. It's normal and there is no shame about it.

I don't think it is about the sex as xiyuren as pointed out. It is about feeling like a women instead of a damn factory. Yes, they have fulfilled their social obligations... they got married, they had a son, they listen to their step-mother... they were a good investment as far as reproduction and obeying duty goes...

But then they want something more... they realize there might be more to life that this hollow society structure (that and a ton of Chinese men cheat... I promise you 90% do t if they are financially well-off)... and they simply want more.

They see the foreigner as a temporary solution and a source of curiosity... It's nothing serious... its just a fling... in short... and listen to this...

Chinese society is almost a complete reverse of Western society. They study their asses off and sit instead a lot (like old people) when they are young... then they get married and have children (sort of meeting in the middle). Then they want to experience life and have fun... explore these new feelings... (which we do in college or high school)...

Then they get old and love to dance, sing and play like a child. Yeah... think of it like that.
