I am pretty sure any pet store or zoo will not discriminate against any animal due to its race or skin color.  ;)

 

If you mean "ethical", then the answer is a resounding NO.  Some are ethical in their treatment of animals, but most treat the animals horribly.  Every time I have gone to a zoo here, I have left feeling very sad for the way the animals are treated.

 

And pet stores are not much better with the way they run puppy mills inside their apartments, use fake vaccinations, only feed the animals rice, etc...
