I dont sleep well these days. Anyone tried sleeping pills? Do hospitals prescribe them?

I had a similar problem a few months ago (first time in my life), and asked my Chinese colleagues about that. They suggested a class of baijiu just before going to bed. Seriously.
I never did find any sleeping pills, and my insomnia went away on its own after a few days.
You could buy them on taobao.com or Tmall.com on net.I usually buy medicines on Tmall without any problem.Of course, some medicines can only be sold in hospital with doctors' prescription, but lots of the rest can be bought on line.
My local CDFY pharmacy in Shenyang has sleeping pills and I don't just mean the Chinese herbal ones - I'm talking American pharmaceuticals. Set me back about Y100 for a bottle of 48 pills. If I ever find them in this mess of an apartment of mine, I'll give you the name of them.
Computer gremlins made me double post! Wasn't me - honest!
We can not buy sleep pills in some medicine store. You must have the hostipal prescription.
1)Firstly,you should know why you can not sleep well, find the reason.is it the Psychological or Physiological factor?
2)if it is the Physiological factor.you can go to see a doctor.it will be better.
3)if it is the Psychological factor.you can try drink a bottle milk or exercise.

Anyway, I just dont like the taste of milk. I like cheese, and yogurt, but milk, YUK.!!!!
As a psychologist I would suggest you try natural relaxants such as hot milk with a spoon of honey about an hour before bedtime. Do not watch TV or the computer an hour before bedtime - the light fools your brain in to not releasing melatonin from the brain to tell you it is time for bed. Keep to the same time for retiring, about 11 pm and rise at 7 am for a proper nights rest. Remember dreaming is life essential, without this we day-dream and have hallucinations in the day (sleep deprivation). You will dream about five times a night - every ninety minutes of sleep for a twenty minute dream. People often cannot remember dreams or deny them - but we all have them anyway.
