I am equally outraged each time. Just as I keep getting disappointed by restaurants each time I eat out. 

There are a lot of cadaver in the closets, courtesy of information management in China. So far, some cadavers slips once in a while... I'm the kind of guy who never get tired of being outraged. Surprised, not. But eventually, shit might hit the turbo-reactor (ie. debt + age pyramid + social issues + health & pollution issues). When, my crystal balls are fuzzy.

After seeing kids' ears hacked off, kids run over repeatedly, government officials embezzling obscene sums of money and having their own harems of mistresses, I'd say I'm past shocked. Everything now is greeted with a yawn and "oh, did that happened?" And then we continue with our usual routine. Everything deemed impossible where we come from is possible here. Do what you want, just don't get caught....motto of the day.

I think the scandals will keep coming and to be 100% frank, the biggest ones I have seen so far were American War Crimes in Iraq (the chemical weapons and prison tortures), the 2008 financial implosion in America - that was allowed to take place, and the banksters of Wall Street caught laundering billions of drug monies through stock purchases. Then comes China with its plethora of collusion and graft.
