In Hongqiao/Gubei there is the Hongqiao Bird and Flower Market
虹桥花卉市场. Address: 718 Hongjing Road (虹井路718号) near Hongsong Road (虹松路). There are big plants (vendors can deliver). They also have garden and balcony plants and sometimes you can even find fresh basil, mint and rosemary.
