Yes, there are. In Beijing alone, there are at least three of them to my knowledge.
One is

There are also (if I recall right) a couple of others with one Star.
The Micchelin Star rating system for restaurants is based only on the food presented on the plate for the guess enjoyment, not on the restaurant service, price range or decorations.
