Q: Are there any franchise opportunities you know of in China?

I know for example Papa John's was doing it. Can't remember if he was doing it here as well as in the states. Do you know any other companies that are franchising?

There are probably franchises for Chinese people but not for the rest of the world.

I don't know about franchises but I do reckon someone ought to introduce masking tape to this country. I think they'd make a packet. And if the packet ripped they could fix it with the masking tape. Boy, I got vision and the rest of the world wears bifocals.

Paodora/City Action Coffee Shop/Jack and the Magic Pea are franchises that I think have a low entry fee. Don't know if they have ever been sold to non-Chinese.

Most of the international chains in China are franchises, but they are sold at city or province level, so only relevant for those with big money.
