Ted, even if there were the Chinese would just ignore/laugh at it! The same goes for the way they ignore smoking and speeding,etc. laws.

I dunno, but I doubt it. surely their lawmakers are sharp enough to see that it would be stupid to pass laws against that behavior. I mean, unless of course you live in a society where laws are written down just for show and nobody ever expects to actually enforce them.

then yeah, I can see them enacting a law just for show...

spitting, cursing, smoking, whistling at women, driving fast (not erratically-that's for women) are all male human rights and cannot/should not be regulated. I am a construction worker, please feel free to add to our (construction workers) list of rights.
