You'd get a better answer on Hangzhouexpat website.

Seems to have been a few Hangzhou related questions on here recently. Why don't posters learn to search for city specific websites?

Doubtful as I live in Guangzhou! I regularly go to Hangzhou to visit factories so joined that site to find out about things to do if I have any free time. Normally stay in the Xiaoshan area.
