Q: Are there any new updates about the social insurance system?

There was a lot of buzz about it recently but I haven't heard anything new since it came into effect on the 15th. Has the government since issued any clearer guidelines?

They're not going to issue any clearer guidelines... as long as they keep it as vague as possible then they can handle each case to best suit their needs.

Clearer guidelines? Like if they're using lube or if it's a full-on Turkish prison style ass-raping?
