In China, sorry, no.

There is a slight chance that if you have many years in ESL and can speak HSK5 Chinese and you can prove those years that you were a teacher than under the new visa you might get a C talent ID. This is only a theory based off the online talent test.

Technically under the points system but I've read nothing yet saying they are going to relax the degree requirement for teaching.

True, but I gotta feeling companies are going to get those requirements down in the long run as a grip of workers are planning to leave China by August 2017. I'm sure they made a hole for needed workers to slip through, this when I always think why not tap into the marriage market as there are plenty of native teachers or workers to fill in the job. Oh well.

I agree that getting someone employed without a degree using the points system could be a good way for some cities/provinces to work around the rules.
Also so agree on us married people. They should allow us to work, similar to how developed countries allow spouses to work.
There are some but not legally, which means if the police comes over to your school to investigate the school will be fined and you may be sent to prison then deported and blacklisted from returning to China for up to 10 years. Are you willing to risk it?
