I remember an article last year on this website. Some "foreigners" got in trouble for "scaring" people on the subway. Basically they were dressed for halloween and once it was revealed they weren't Chinese some jingoistic individual must have called the police.

Listen for the cat crying sound and follow it. It will lead you to the Chinese Opera House. In the Chinese Opera House are plenty of costumes. Bargain, Bribe, etc accordingly.
