Q: Are there schools where foreigners can learn other languages in Beijing?

Are there schools in Beijing where foreigners can learn other languages? I'm thinking learning a bit of Shanghainese, Tibetan or Ughyr might be fun. Also are there places to learn European languages or other Asian languages? Or does one just have to get a tutor?

Have you tried looking at the Minzu University? I once met someone who taught there and they said they have a large language department.
