NO, it's pretty even down the line. The only thing I would say is I actually get a couple of days off while some of the chinese employees have to work everyday. Besides that the treatment is equal. I have even heard some of them say I have a good job and they have a bad job because of that. Maybe, they do think I get treated better.

as gr said in some areas we are treated better. we are less likely to be screwed over. we are catered to more, trips to places , rides to go shopping.

but we are kept out of the lope(loop).we are treated as outsiders. they tell our students bs about foreigners and our classes, essentially to make them not take our class seriously. it seems as if they purposely undermine us by not giving us our schedule and other docs in a timely manner.

but in all i would never want to be them, they have no options.

GuilinRaf:

Twice now, I have been given a note on my door from my boss about a schedule change, in CHINESE, which was to take effect the next day.

In other words, when I ask my colleagues at work "what does it say?" they tell me I am already late for my new class.....

Yes, I was, for the simple reason that my bosses knew that if they gave us too much shit and broke the contract, my partner and I would just walk, and they needed us.

The Chinese employees had no such option, so they copped more crap than us on a daily basis.
