What are my options:
My contract was terminated
Month later I was given all documents
My boss said that they are obligated to turn me into a tourist which gives me 30 days
I did pay for the release letter and they agreed as a result they would not touch my visa.
Any advice?
All potential jobs tell me to start in March. I want to know what happens if I am still here for a whole month on the old permit. All avenues are welcome.

leave China - it is Spring Festival and everything will be closed so there is no point hanging around.
a new employer will have to send legal documents for you to apply for a 'Z' to a country outside of China anyway (unless you are going to work illegally - in which case you are on your own)
your previous posts sounded like you were not enjoying the experience anyway, so why do you want to stay in China?

Just guessing, for the money, at least in my case that's the only reason why I am still in China.

Just go and dont come back. From the day you arrived you have had nothing but trouble. Is it worth it??? Some people just arent cut out for this place.
Well I paid for a ticket here and I want to get money to pay to go back. So that to me means it was not a complete waste. And It is not about china but getting back my loses to become whole and all jobs do not suck. I just picked a dodgy employer and given the city and environment I have no problems. My first time in china was for a 4 month contract. I found another 4 month one. Oh I am hanging with friends now and have tons of options like the first time but I seem to choose the wrong jobs. Also I want to travel and it is obviusly cheaper here then going to american and coming to travel.
Star is full of shit.
