Q: Beijing traditional local food..Can you stand it?
stinky tofu, spicy chicken feet, stewed livers, pig's giblets - so weird.
malatang (like hotpot with spicy boiled vegetables), donkey burgers, tanghulu (the red sweet haws on a stick in winter) - so good.
Anything else to share?

None of which is neither traditional nor local.
Malatang would be OK occasionally as a concept if it wasn't street food proposing rotten "vegetables" and chemical stuffed "meats".
