Q: Best bank for internet banking?

I have an Agricultural bank of China account and it's fine except my online banking never works. I've been into the bank several times and tried on other computers and it's just not working- what banks do you use, and is the internet banking easy to use?

Industrial Bank of China is quite good, there is no need for any stupid device like China Construction Bank does.

My ICBC bank thing only work if I start Internet Explorer with "Run As Administrator".

(Ad Aware flags the ICBC netbank components as potentially harmful)

Bank Of China seems to work better. The ICBC USB dongle is just a pain.

China Merchants Bank with USB stick, ATM card with Visa/Mc/UnionPay logo.

CMB is extremely complicated, when you try to pay/transfer funds to a Company or person outside of China.

I tried (with bankers help) to deposit/pay less than 1000 Rmb to account at Bank in UK.

Banker asked me for the address of the Company's Bank in UK, which I couldn't get, so no transfer.

Otherwise, I like them.
