Q: Best Hotpot restaurants?

I know Haidilao, Xiabuxiabu...Anything else? Besides Sichuan Chengdu hotpot, is there any other hotpot flavour? Yunnan hotpot maybe?

Must say, Chinese hotpot is insanely gooood.

Xiabu Xiabu is pretty good. I'm trying to think of chain restaurants because you didn't say what city.

the problem with hotpot is an hour later, im hungry again, but the taste is good.

I think the best hot pot is in Chongqing city and around.

And the cheapest free-buffet (eat all you can and also drink indeed) I found in anjuqu, suining city (遂宁市安居区) sichuan province. Just 35rmb per person!!!

Try Guiyang hotpot..I like to eat Sour fish hot pot and wait for next day..

Bean Hotpot is quite good..Plain and simple

I never had hotpot that was good, Chinese say very tastey, I think tastes like old chicken. I'm not a big soup eater. Just give me blood tofu or something else really weird and gross, yum. Oh look, there's a floating head in there, yet no one ever eats it. yum yum
