Q: Best ice cream in Beijing?
Where can I get the best homemade ice-cream in Beijing. I always seems to crave it come winter time.

your best option is to try and find a proper Italian restaurant.
Unfortunatley as an ice-cream lover, i have found the Chinese don't do dairy based products very well

That is because a happy cow produces better milk than a cow that is fed garbage and beaten to get it to move, ironically Le vache qui rit is a pretty crappy cheese. I recently heard an interview with a dude about China becoming a larger wine manufacturer and his assessment of the quality compared to the benchmark, French wine. "Of course China can make good wine, anything can be made in China as long as it's not dairy"
ICE CREAM ??? YEAH.. VERY VERYYYYYYY GOOD HERE ! ALL ARE FULL OF GOLDEN STAFILOCCOCUS !!!! a very dagerous bacteria and very difficult to treat ! Avoid ice cream here !!!! Avoid yogurt also and all the products that are made like this , most of them are full of this bacteria because usafe keep mode and expiration date is deleted and added again a new one over the expired one !
