You can get frozen pizzas, pastry dough, cakes, berries, ice-cream and seafood at April Gourmet on Jiangtai Xilu in Lido, although they are all very expensive. Ikea also has a frozen food section which is quite affordable. They sell a wide range of frozen cakes and desserts, Swedish meatballs, salmon etc.
