Q: Best seafood to get while in Qingdao, best restaurants to go to

I am going to Qingdao for a long weekend next month, and I heard that the area is well-known for its seafood cuisine.

Any Qingdao-ers out there have favorite seafood dishes? What are they / what are they called in Chinese?

Best places to go for seafood? (within a reasonable budget of course)

Restaurants on these roads serve fresh seafood such as Fried Spicy Clams, Seafood Wonton, and Roasted Sleeve-Fish. In addition, barbecue, hotpots and dishes from other parts of China are offered here.
Besides the above-mentioned restaurants, there are other typical restaurants that should be considered.

Famous Barbecue Restaurants

Meida'er Barbecue: a famous restaurant in Qingdao. The chain has many outlets, one of which is at No. 125, Zhongshan Road, Qingdao

Wangjie Barbecue: The chain has two outlets on Zhongshan Road. One is at No. 30, Dexian Road; the other is next to Chunhe Lou. These restaurants provide the measure by which to test the price and quality of other restaurants' barbecue food.
