Q: The Best Steakhouse in China? Where is it?
The best place is outback steakhouse. It's rare but I have seen one here.

Famous US steakhouse has a branch in Shangers with 100% USDA beef. Pricey, but damn well worth it!
Don't come to Changsha looking for great steak. As far as I know, there isn't an exceptional one to be found here. Or even "very good," for that matter. I've tried a few different "western" styled places, but the cuts have always been way too thin and a little fatty. Now, I just go for the best of local cuisine, and that has been delicious!
